CTI 50 - Efficient, Durable, Cost Effective

The CTI series of solar modules are produced by Carmanah Technologies. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia and provides a variety of products for the functioning of solar energy systems in addition to providing complete solar energy systems. This allows for people to acquire their energy needs without any drain on natural resources or the use of fossil fuels. The company produces a variety of solar energy for uses by companies in a variety of different industries, like oil and gas, telecommunications, commercial power grid, security and transportation.

The energy provided by the solar panels uses the energy of the sun to generate electricity. Solar panels, like the CTI 50, have crystalline solar cells that are exposed to the sunlight and a chemical reaction then causes the sunlight to be converted into DC electricity. An inverter is used to convert the DC current into AC current, which then is usable to power the needed electricity. The panel is covered with low-iron CTI 50 tempered glass and mounted in a sturdy aluminum frame.

The CTI 50 solar panel has a peak voltage of 16.5 Watts with peak current of 3.1 amps. Its short circuit current is 3.4 amps with 20.6 volts of open circuit voltage. The module measures 84 cm. x 54 cm. x 5.0 cm and weighs approximately 6.6 kg. and the unit comes with a junction box.

The solar panels can be used in conjunction with other solar panels to construct solar power systems of various sizes, depending on the needs of the user. They are reliable and durable and provide a highly efficient source of energy. The module is a stand alone power generation system.

The CTI 50 solar module is available from a variety of sources. The company website refers the prospective buyer to the market sector websites for the purchase of their products. The CTI 50 can also be obtained from a variety of distributors which can be found on the internet.
